Leading housebuilder David Wilson Homes Mercia has started work on a new luxury 192 home development on St Lukes Road in Doseley, Telford called Doseley Park, underpinning over 380 new jobs and investment to the area.

The exclusive development, which is anticipated to be complete in 2018, will provide a mixture of contemporary and traditional styles with property sizes of two, three, four and five bedrooms. Doseley Park is the second highly anticipated phase of the now sold out, Falcons Rest.

The site was formerly owned by Breedon Aggregates before David Wilson Homes received outline planning permission in 2007. The homebuilder is to contribute almost £1.5 million towards local transport and highways with the majority going towards education.

David Wilson Homes Mercia has been merited the maximum five star official rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the fifth year in a row. The news was announced after more than 20,000 new home buyers across the country took part in this year's HBF customer satisfaction survey.
