Greenland Group Appoints Brookfield Multiplex to New $800m Sydney Tower

Greenland Group, Australia has appointed Brookfield Multiplex to build its $800 million Greenland Centre Sydney residential tower. Construction activity is expected to be seen onsite as soon as April with the project's programme of works on track as per schedule.

Greenland Centre Sydney is the group's first landmark tower in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Located at 115 Bathurst Street, it will be Sydney's tallest residential tower, comprising 478 apartments, a 172-room boutique hotel, 275 square metres of retail space and 2,000 square metres of floor space dedicated to Council's creative hub. Only 12 apartments remain available after an unprecedented pre-sale period with one of the penthouses selling last week for over $10 million.

The design by BVN Donovan Hill and Woods Bagot is set to be an architectural tribute to the city of Sydney.
