Work is underway at a new home development in Bushey, bringing jobs and investment to the town.

Named Sandbrook Park, the David Wilson Homes development of 82 homes will regenerate a former industrial site on Rossway Drive, providing a boost to employment and investment by underpinning over 150 jobs and bringing nearly £1million to local facilities and services in Bushey.

As part of the development the housebuilder will contribute £640,716 to education, £146,046 to public open space and £117,051 to sustainable transport while a library and leisure facilities are among other services which will also receive investment.
