Industry first - complimentary membership offered across entire portfolio

The Cadogan Estate today launches the 'Cadogan Concierge', a complimentary 24-hour luxury lifestyle service offered across the entire estate of luxury market-let apartments, houses and commercial office occupiers.

Cadogan Concierge staff will be available around the clock, 365 days a year with a whole host of services available. From sourcing tickets to sold-out events and arranging personal shopping, to styling and wellbeing requirements such as nutritionists and personal trainers.

Other services include:

  • Event Planning
  • Travel Advisory
  • Dry Cleaning
  • IT support
  • Access to pre-vetted domestic staff such as private chefs, sommeliers, chauffeurs and valets, housekeepers, cleaners, private chefs and tutors.
  • A complimentary restaurant reservation service is also offered, including VIP and priority bookings with many leading restaurant groups including Corbin and King, Caprice Holdings, Nobu, Atherton, Galvin and Hakkasan Groups.

Members will receive a monthly digital lifestyle magazine, 'Cadogan VIP', primarily covering local news, events, product launches and exclusive offers and invitations from shops, restaurants, theatres and galleries in the area to ensure they feel informed on what is happening in the local area.

A Head Concierge and Lifestyle manager will be based at the Cadogan head offices, supported by a virtual team of staff who together will be available to respond to requests 24 hours a day. A further team of 3 concierges will be in place across the estate by the end of the year, positioned at key residential or office developments. The service is operated by Privee Limited, one of London's leading concierge operators, in close partnership with Cadogan.

ABOUT CADOGAN

The Cadogan Estate has been in the same family ownership for more than 300 years and spans 93 acres of Chelsea and Knightsbridge. The vibrant neighbourhood offers great cultural attractions as well as some of the world's best shopping and dining – from Sloane Street, recognised globally as an exclusive and luxurious shopping destination, Sloane Square at the estate's 'heart' and Duke of York Square, which offers a carefully curated selection of food, fashion and beauty along with cool London culture from the Saatchi Gallery.

The foundations of the Cadogan Estate were established in 1717 when Charles, 2nd Baron Cadogan (1685-1776) married Elizabeth Sloane, daughter of Sir Hans Sloane (1660-1753) who had purchased the Manor of Chelsea in 1712. 

The family's 300-year stewardship of the Estate continues in the hands of the present Viscount Chelsea who succeeded his father, Earl Cadogan as group chairman in March 2012.
