Work has officially begun at Trinity Square, the new development from Barratt Homes North Thames in Barnet.

Sales Manager Bradley Martin was at the development on Grahame Park Way to mark the start of work. 395 homes will be built at Trinity Square and the work will underpin 790 jobs. The development will regenerate the land and as well as building new homes Barratt's investment in the area will include providing new buildings for Barnet and Southgate College and a public library.

Trinity Square is already an award winning development having received the Built for Life accreditation in recognition of the way it has been designed to create a great place to live for years to come. The development was also named a Project Winner in the prestigious Housing Design Awards.

Trinity Square is just a short walk from Colindale Tube Station from where London Euston can be reached in 20 minutes via the Northern Line. The development is also ideally located to access both the M1 and M25.

Barratt Homes has been awarded the maximum five star official rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the sixth year in a row. The company was awarded the rating after gaining fantastic feedback in the HBF customer satisfaction survey which involved more than 20,000 new home buyers across the country answering questions about moving into their new homes.
