Single-Day Event for Property Journalists and Property Brands on 23 May 2017
Property4Media has announced a Media Marketplace connecting property journalists and the property industry, taking place on 23 May 2017.
The showpiece event for media and PR professionals (www.property4media.com/mm) will take place at Landing Forty Two, a spectacular venue within the City of London's Leadenhall Building, offering attendees panoramic views of the capital's skyline.
Last week, Property4Media announced it had acquired the prestigious Property Press Awards (www.propertypressawards.com). The 2017 awards will be held at the Leadenhall Building venue directly after the completion of Media Marketplace, with exhibitors guaranteed a place at the ceremony.
The Media Marketplace website is now live, enabling exhibitors and journalists to pre-register. Headline and category sponsorships are available.
TravMedia, sister brand of Property4Media, has operated Media Marketplaces since 2013, with its most recent event attracting 275 journalists and almost 150 exhibitors (www.travmedia.com/IMMUK) and generating over 4000 meeting appointments.
Property4Media anticipates attracting exhibitors from across the property sector, including residential, commercial, overseas and professional services brands.
Exhibitors each enjoy a dedicated branded table where they can brief attending property journalists, editors, broadcasters and social media influencers on their news and key developments.
For journalists, Property4Media's Media Marketplace creates an opportunity to meet brands across the sector – and generate a year's worth of feature leads in a single day.
The event is targeted at all journalists whose work encompasses property – from national and international property writers and editors – to features, news and photo editors across consumer lifestyle and specialist media.
Journalists and exhibitors can pre-schedule appointments using a 'Meetings Manager' website (launched in the run-up to the event). Journalists are also free to visit tables without appointments. The day will include a buffet lunch and refreshments throughout.
“As a single-day networking and relationship-building opportunity for journalists and property brands, we believe our Media Marketplace will be unrivalled. We're looking forward to the entire day at the highest conferencing venue in London, right from the first meetings of the morning to the final award of the evening” said Property4Media CEO Henry Hemming.
Property4Media has held one previous Media Marketplace, attracting over 80 journalists and leading industry names including Fine & Country, Guild of Professional Estate Agents, Leggett Immobilier, and Sotheby's International Realty.
Media attending the event included The Sunday Times, A Place in the Sun, The Telegraph, The Express, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, ITV and Estates Gazette among others.
Property4Media CEO Henry Hemming confirmed that Media Marketplace would now become an annual event for the sector, just as TravMedia's marketplaces are also annual.
