Winkworth Franchising is announcing the launch of four new franchises in Cheltenham, Kingsbury, Milford-on-Sea and Brentford. Strengthening Winkworth's position in both the London and Country market, this will bring the total number of offices to 60 in the capital and 97 nationwide. Milford-on-Sea is due to open late March, with Kingsbury in April and the remaining two in May.

The new openings will kick start the business's growth strategy for the year ahead, with plans to continue its expansion of franchises in the London and country network. Winkworth expects to see an increase in opportunities both to convert existing agencies to its brand and to grow new franchises
over the course of the year.

The four offices will have access to Winkworth's centralised database of buyers and sellers, comprehensive support services and ahead-of- the-curve digital & marketing capabilities, ensuring their customers receive expert local knowledge & advice, and an integrated service.

Cheltenham is to be owned and operated by Tom Mayfield who has a wealth of property experience and a thorough understanding of the brand, having previously worked for Winkworth's Dulwich office and Carter Jonas.

The Milford-on-Sea franchise will be run by Chris Collinge who has over 20 years' experience in estate agency, having already owned and established Winkworth's successful Sway office. Together with his team of experienced, local staff, Chris hopes to become an integral part of the Milford-on-Sea
property market.

The Kingsbury office will be owned by a new franchisee to Winkworth, Ajay Bathija, with his residential sales department headed up by NAEA qualified estate agent, Arun Jesani. Arun has over 15 years' experience in the property industry and the team shares an expert local knowledge about the
Kingsbury area.

Existing franchisee of Fulham, Parsons Green and Ladbroke Grove, Sohail Janjuha, is expanding his portfolio of offices into Brentford, West London. Sohail joined Winkworth in 2015 after many years in the property industry following a successful career in the City.
