New My Foxtons Portal Allows Customers to Interact With Foxtons at the Touch of a Button

Every day more than 2,000 people are using the new My Foxtons portal following a substantial upgrade of the service with the addition of significant extra functionality for the renting and buying of homes.

The new features, which were introduced earlier this month, include offering tenants and buyers the ability to:

  • Receive information on properties up to two weeks ahead of seeing the property on aggregator sites
  • Receive notification of price reductions as soon as they happen
  • Request viewings
  • Instant message your dedicated agent
  • Make offers
  • Securely upload document required for ID and anti-money laundering checks

The significant upgrade means that landlords, sellers, tenants and buyers are all able to benefit from the innovative, expert My Foxtons offer, which complements Foxtons' branch network and supports the commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The service has proven particularly popular with landlords; 85% of all Foxtons landlords now regularly use My Foxtons.

Initial feedback on the additional features has been extremely positive. At present:

  • More than 2,000 landlords, sellers, tenants and buyers log in to My Foxtons each day
  • More than 210 new My Foxtons accounts are created per day
  • 22% of Sales' Terms and Conditions and 34% of Lettings' Terms and Conditions are signed online
  • An average of 170 viewing requests (sales and lettings) each day are received through My Foxtons
  • An average of 50 offers for properties (sales and lettings) are received each day through My Foxtons
