National housebuilder, Taylor Wimpey has turned to leading artificial grass brand, LazyLawn®, to help market three properties at a landmark development in London.
The trio of properties at the Millbrook Park development in Mill Hill have been given the star treatment with a perfectly manicured lawn to complement the beautifully finished interiors.
The LazyLawn® London team installed 100 square metres of LazyLawn®'s award-winning Wonder Yarn 36 artificial grass to each of the three properties.
The project also included lawn edging in resin bound stone to complete the super smart finish as well as border planting with LazyBorder.
The homes are now on show to potential homebuyers who can select which garden design they prefer for their new home.
Jack Costello, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey said: “We're delighted with the new lawns provided by LazyLawn at Millbrook Park. These smart gardens really reflect the high-quality interior finishes of our stunning properties at this sought-after development.
“They're also helping prospective purchasers appreciate the lifestyle they could be enjoying in a brand new home, both indoors and out!”
Sean Hanrahan from the LazyLawn® London team said: “LazyLawn® is the ideal choice for all kinds of domestic settings but it has finished off these impressive London homes especially well, giving the properties a perfectly manicured garden to match their sleek interiors.
“Just like a brand new home, LazyLawn® requires very little maintenance. Better still, it looks great all year round and, unlike real turf, even in shady locations – and is naturally pollen free so ideal for hayfever sufferers. It is also safe and non-toxic, which is ideal for children and dogs to play on.”
LazyLawn® is noticing more and more developers turning to its products to help market their homes for sale, for communal areas as well as for show homes and marketing suites. The range of coloured grass available combined with the ability to design and create some really stand-out installations in often tricky or unusual spaces mean that the product is also great for show arenas.
LazyLawn® has also been installed recently in the communal gardens of two major London apartment developments – Grange Walk in Bermondsey and St Luke's Square in Canning Town – providing a hassle-free, long-lasting space, benefiting both the residents and the management companies.
