Engel & Völkers is brokering the new Petit Deià development on the outskirts of Mallorca's most famous village of Deià.  Located on the northwest coast and approximately 40 minutes' drive from Palma, the project features a community of 21 individual residences in traditional Mallorcan style.

Petit Deià has been designed by leading local architect Antonio Juncosa, who brings his expertise of restoring emblematic historic homes (including the historic estate of S'Estaca) in the Sierra Tramuntana region to the Petit Deià development.  He has skillfully combined traditional features with modern technology and comfort.  

Features include: typical stone faced facades and “persiana” window shutters painted in soft colours in keeping with the overall environment of the village.  Interiors feature a wood burning fire, natural stone, terracotta tiled floors and wooden beams.   Modern comforts include underfloor heating, A/C, double glazing and centralised satellite TV and WIFI. 

Each residence is unique with its own layout on either 2 or 3 floors with private access to a large communal swimming pool and landscaped Mediterranean gardens continuing the style of the village set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra Tramuntana Mountains.  Cala Deià is a short walk away.
