CBRE, the global real estate advisor, announces the launch of its 'Our London' campaign; a celebration of the people and places that make up the UK's capital city. The campaign will raise money and support for StreetSmart, the homeless charity.

The campaign will begin with the launch of a bespoke book, 'Perspectives on London'. The book has been commissioned by CBRE and features 50 notable Londoners sharing their unique experiences and memories of the capital. Notable contributors include actor Timothy Spall, designer Sir Paul Smith and chef Angela Hartnett MBE.

Over the following weeks, CBRE will be revealing a collection of stories, memories and insider views from the book that will shine a spotlight on the people, places and property that make up our London.

Adam Hetherington, Managing Director of CBRE London, comments: “The 'Our London' campaign is a celebration of the world class city that so many of us are lucky to live and work in.

“As a global property firm, we know that it is the community in and around buildings that gives them life and value, and we want to celebrate each of these unique neighborhoods that make up our capital city.”

StreetSmart charity fundraise for homeless people through the support of top restaurants across London. During November and December, at participating restaurants, a voluntary £1 is added to the diners' bill. All the proceeds go directly to local homeless charity projects.

This reflects CBRE's long term commitment to supporting families and young people facing challenging life situations, including homelessness, through our work with Shelter, LandAid, and our current UK-wide partnership with Action for Children.
