Leading housebuilder Barratt and David Wilson Homes North West has recently appointed a new Sales Director to help maintain its high standards of customer service across the Warrington-based division. 

Lynton Dudgeon (41), originally from Wigan, brings over 20 years' experience in the housing industry which includes 11 years' working at Bovis Homes as his last appointment. Over the course of the last eleven years, Lynton worked as a Regional and Area Sales Director before taking on his new role.  

Speaking of his appointment, Lynton said, “Barratt and David Wilson Homes has always been a brand that I wanted to work with, standing as the UK's largest five star builder and with a reputation for success, the opportunity was too good to not take-up. Furthermore it returned me to the North West, which is an operating patch that I love to cover.

“I am very much enjoying working within a professional organisation with staff that are committed to delivering high quality new homes throughout the area.”

Lynton is now responsible for the delivery of the sales programme, ensuring the housebuilder delivers great customer service and supporting the sales team around him.
