spaceOS – The #TenantExperience App for Commercial Real Estate - LAUNCHES AND RAISES

spaceOS raises 1M Euro to improve the daily activities of co-working and commercial real estate tenants by giving them a remote control in form of an app to fully connect with their workplace.

spaceOS is a PropTech start-up that has already internationalised despite having only just

raised their seed round. Based in Dublin, Warsaw, and Lisbon, spaceOS enables landlords and co-working operators to turn workplaces into digital products that their tenants love.

It allows both landlords and workspace operators to establish communication channels with their tenants and create new revenue streams, by combining features like community, booking, support, payments, food & beverage orders, services, and e-commerce at the workplace.

The coworking trend grows unabated and spaceOS works brilliantly in such an environment.

But given how expectant and wired fledgeling workers are now, this application also sits just as comfortably and with just as much use in 'standard' corporate environments, which are rapidly shifting towards the service and millennials-oriented approach of coworking.

Suffice to say that innovative leaders such as Factory Lisbon, home of Web Summit and

StartUp Portugal; and New Lab, the highly celebrated tech community in New York; have already adopted spaceOS. But also CRE heavy hitters like the Bradfield Centre operated by Central Working at Trinity College Cambridge  and theHolzmarkt 1 building, headquarters of Bauwens, a building owned by Union Investment have already opted to enhance their #TenantExperience with spaceOS

Proof points that no doubt inspired a number of prominent HNWs to have recently invested in the business including Bauwens Digital - a Cologne-based PropTech fund backed by Patrick Adenauer - and several angel investors, including Martina Rissmann, Matthias Ummenhofer, Simon Schaefer, Oliver Merkel and James Townsend & Luke Appleby founders of Kontor.

Founded in 2016 by serial entrepreneur Marley Fabisiewicz (Upnext Technologies, Lodown

Magazine, Unlike City Guides) and boot-strapped until now, spaceOS hired Maciej Markowski as CEO at the start of the year, a veteran in the workspace and real estate sector via CBRE, JLL and Cushman and Wakefield.
