Winkworth is pleased to announce the newest coastal office to its network in Mudeford, Christchurch. The latest addition is a conversion from Humphreys & Orr, an estate agency established in the area for more than 25 years, and has been acquired by Winkworth Highcliffe franchisee Simon Barnes.

Winkworth Mudeford is set to complement Simon's existing Highcliffe office which he took over in 2016, providing greater coverage of the area around Highcliffe, as well as allowing for more staff to serve their local customers. The Mudeford office will stay at its current location at 4 Falcon Drive, and will be managed by Gareth Bowden with the help of Sue Billet and Sylvia Walker, who are all already experienced members of the team at Humphreys & Orr.

Simon says: “Acquiring this new office was a natural progression for us and we feel very lucky to have received the support we have to be able to start growing our own sub-network. With Humphrey & Orr being such a well-established estate agency, I felt it was the perfect fit to work alongside my Highcliffe office. I'm looking forward to working with Gareth, Sue and Sylvia, whose experience and knowledge of the local area are second to none.”
