Privately owned Mizen Group has just broken ground on a new £12.5m development of luxury houses and apartments at The Crescent, Wimbledon Park, London SW19.
Located less than half a mile from the All England Tennis Club, this new scheme will see the delivery of a development of seven luxury four and five bedroom houses alongside 11 new chic apartments scheduled for delivery in mid 2020. Prices for the houses will start at £1.3m with the elegant apartments starting from £375k.
The apartment building will offer a 'traditional meets modern' external façade with stylish interiors and a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and spacial design with each apartments containing a private balcony or terrace area while the houses will be constructed in traditional brick in keeping with the affluent environs of the Wimbledon Park area. The luxurious development will feature a high specification, and buyers will have options in terms of final internal finishes. The development will be ultra energy efficient and located just a three minute walk from the tube at Wimbledon Park (District Line) which offers convenient access to the Central London and the City. Wimbledon town centre is also just one tube stop away.
At the same time, the Mizen Group have exchanged on a new mixed use development site on the Uxbridge Road, Hanwell, London, situated very close to the new Crossrail Station [x2 CGI also attached). The development will provide a landmark building in central Hanwell and consist of 36 flats (in a mix of one and two bedroom layouts), seven modern houses with private gardens on Westminster Road, Hanwell, along with retail space on the ground floor of the new apartment building fronting Uxbridge Road.
