Winkworth is pleased to announce the addition of a new office to its network in Southwold, Suffolk. The latest addition is the well-established Halford Wetmore which has been acquired by Winkworth Poringland franchisee Jamie Moore.

Winkworth Southwold is set to complement Jamie's existing Poringland office which he opened alongside fellow Director Kylee Cates in January 2018. This follows a year of unprecedented growth for Winkworth Poringland, which was one of the fastest growing offices in the company last year. This new office provides greater geographical coverage for Winkworth by expanding for the first time into the Suffolk market, as well as providing a valuable link to London buyers for sellers in the area.

The Southwold office will remain at its current location at 45 High Street, Southwold, with its previous owner Daniel Wetmore staying on as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition for the business and its clients. Stuart Tricker, a seasoned agent of more than 20 years, will also join the team as Branch Partner to help drive forward the success of the business.
