Robyn Stubbs

Robyn Stubbs is an experienced ASX-200 Non-Executive Director, currently sitting on the boards of Brickworks Limited, Aventus Property Group and Invocare Limited.
Her 25+ year corporate career included leadership roles with Stockland, Lend Lease, Fairfax, Network Ten and Unilever. She brings deep expertise in property and customer-centric functions including leasing, research, marketing, strategy & innovation, including digital.
As an executive coach, Robyn's clients over the past five years have spanned the property, financial services, legal and professional services sectors, as well as universities and government. Last year, Robyn joined the highly regarded Stephenson Mansell Group as an executive coach and mentor. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Business degree (and university medal) from UTS, a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Besa Deda
Chief Economist
St George Bank
Besa Deda is the Chief Economist of the St.George Banking Group, which includes St.George, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA and RAMS. Besa has been in this role since 2008.
As the Bank's economic spokesperson, Besa is responsible for research on the economy and financial markets. She formulates views and forecasts on the outlook for the economy, interest rates and currencies and manages a team of economists. Besa give regular presentations and often appears in the media reporting on economic conditions.
Prior to this role, Besa held Senior Strategist and Economist roles with the Commonwealth Bank covering fixed income, foreign exchange, macroeconomics and equities. Besa was with the CBA for nearly 8 years and before that was an economist with the Colonial Group.
Besa is the Secretary for the Australian Business Economists' Association, and has previously written a regular property column for The Australian newspaper and lectured for FINSIA (now known as Kaplan).

Greg Chubb
Retail CEO
Charter Hall
Greg has 30 years' of experience across retail funds and property management. As Charter Hall's Retail CEO, Greg leads the Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) funds management platform as well as overseeing the group's retail strategy across wholesale funds, property and asset management, leasing, marketing and development.
Greg, with a team of 150+ property specialists, are responsible for growing the Group's convenience-based retail portfolio of shopping centres, hardware, hospitality and automotive assets. A focus on building shareholder value through active asset management, a commitment to a centre-centric culture and continuing to build partnerships with the broader communities in which we operate has seen the portfolio grow from $2.9 billion on his commencement to approximately $6.5 billion today.
Prior to joining Charter Hall, Greg was the Property Director at Coles Supermarkets Australia and Managing Director/Head of Retail for Sandalwood/Jones Lang LaSalle in Greater China. Greg has also previously held executive leadership roles at both Mirvac and Lend Lease.
Greg is an executive director of the Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney, is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), Registered Valuer and the Joint Deputy Chair of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia.

Sass J-Baleh

Sass holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in International Business, as well as a Masters of Commerce with specializations in Economics and Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the University of Sydney.
Sass has experience in research and consulting across a range of property sectors – however ultimately specialized in a number of industrial to mixed use/residential rezonings and higher and better use studies across mainly the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
Sass joined JLL in September 2018 and leads the Industrial Research team in Australia. Sass is a National Director within the largest and most diverse property research team in Australia, which is highly integrated with the research platforms in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Maria Lee
Principal Property Economist
BIS Oxford Economics
Maria has over thirty years' experience in property research and forecasting in the UK and Australia. She has worked in a variety of environments, giving her a broad perspective on property markets. In Australia, she has worked with BNZ Norths Stockbrokers, Growth Equities Mutual, Knight Frank, Paladin and BIS Oxford Economics (previously BIS Shrapnel).
Maria has worked with BIS Oxford Economics since 1994. She is responsible for the company's suite of office, industrial, retail and residential market subscription reports. She has also undertaken private client work, especially relating to the retail and office markets.
Maria regularly gives client presentations and has spoken at numerous conferences.
