Five star housebuilder Barratt Homes Manchester, has launched a brand new interactive tool to give house hunters in Merseyside a peak into the benefits of three storey living.

The 3D internal overview, which launched late last year, is available for interested buyers to use on a number of development pages on the Barratt Homes website.

For those looking to make a move in Merseyside, they are able to use the device to envisage living at the Imagine Place development in Speke, enabling them to go beyond the boundaries of the bedrooms.  

The interactive visual allows buyers to design a three storey property in a variety of ways, so they can see for themselves how a Barratt home could suit them, no matter the lifestyle they lead.

The tool gives property seekers the option to choose from a range of rooms, from a traditional lounge, kitchen and bedroom variations, to more adventurous options like a games room, yoga studio, cinema or gym.

Since its launch last year, over 4,200 people have used the device to see for themselves how a three storey property could be right for them, with the tool allowing buyers to visually step inside the Norbury, Kingsville and Queensville house types.

Once happy with the design of their virtual three storey home, users can then share their creation on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
