HomeViews, the independent review platform for residential developments in the UK, has revealed the Top 10 Build to Sell Developers in London for 2020 - as rated by verified resident reviews - with Berkeley Homes landing the top position.  

Part of the wider Berkeley Group, Berkeley Homes has achieved top ratings from residents at 17 developments, including Kidbrooke Village and Royal Arsenal Riverside.

97% of over 350 Berkeley Homes owners said they would recommend the company. A bespoke developer ranking algorithm was created by HomeViews to compile this Top 10 list.

Barrett London was the second highest-rated developer on the list, with multiple HomeViews Award-winner Anthology also securing a place in the top three for 2020.
