Sales Centre Now Open at Barratt Development in Alsager

Barratt Homes

Buyers in Cheshire searching for their dream home should consider Barratt Homes' new development in Alsager, Emberton Grange.

With Sales Advisers now on site and ready to assist, prospective buyers can make an appointment to discuss the available homes in more detail. 11 of the 14 homes initially released have now sold, and Barratt is expecting the site to prove popular with buyers in Cheshire.

Tanya Silk, Sales Director at Barratt Homes West Midlands, said: “We are very pleased that our onsite sales centre is now open for buyers to attend an appointment.

“Emberton Grange is located just outside the vibrant town of Crewe, providing flexible living for those needing to work from home and great commuter links for those that have recently returned to the office.”

Conveniently located on Hassall Road in the semi-rural location of Alsager, residents have access to multiple amenities, pubs, and restaurants in the town centre less than a mile away, whilst being surrounded by the Cheshire countryside. With an array of highly regarded schools in the local area, the location is ideal for residents with children of all ages.

Direct buses into Crewe and Hanley are a short walk away, and Alsager train station is just over a mile away with links to Birmingham, Crewe, and Derby. Emberton Grange is a short drive away from junction 16 of the M6, providing great commuter links to those needing to travel further afield for work or leisure.

The development has three and four bedroom homes available, with Help to Buy available on selected plots. The Help to Buy scheme allows buyers to purchase a home with just a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage. The remaining 20% is funded by an equity loan, interest-free for the first five years and repayable on the sale on the home.

The current scheme is available until 31st March 2021 and both existing homeowners and first time buyers can benefit. As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic the Government recently announced a small, two month extension to the building deadline, which means eligible properties can now be build complete by February 2021 instead of December 2020.

From 1st April 2021 there will be a new Help to Buy scheme, with regional price caps and for first time buyers only.

Buyers considering Help to Buy should discuss this further with a Sales Adviser during an appointment.

Members of the Armed Forces and NHS staff can also take advantage of Barratt Homes' 5% Deposit Contribution that was introduced earlier this year.

Emberton Grange is open on an appointment only basis, to find out more visit www.barratthomes.co.uk/embertongrange or call 0333 355 8475 to book an appointment with a Sales Adviser.

Barratt Homes have introduced new social distancing measures to ensure safety on site for all staff and visitors, these include Perspex screens, designated parking spaces, and appointment only viewings.
