The time has come for the highly anticipated launch of Barratt and David Wilson Homes' Orchard Meadows development which has now opened its doors to home buyers in Appleton.  

As well as bringing 370 three and four bedroom homes to the community, 111 of which will be affordable homes, the leading homebuilders have invested over £3 million to services and facilities in the area as part of the Section 106 (S106) agreement with Warrington Council.
