Harriette and Matt recently moved into a three bedroom home at the development. Harriette said: “Our home has a south-facing garden which drew us in straight away, but we're also only a stone's throw away from Studley Nature Reserve. Matt and I love to go for a walk through the fields, especially during the nice weather, and it's ideal because there's almost no-one around when we're out.

David Wilson Homes Mercia has also invested over £1 million as part of the S106 agreement in 2017.

Contributions totalling £1,045,000 have gone towards education, highways and the environment, as well as a new play area and contributions to sports pitches. Once complete the scheme will also have underpinned 262 jobs and training opportunities in the area.
