Chris (57) and Sue Thompson (56) recently moved into a four bedroom detached home on the development with their daughter Hannah (23), her husband Levar (25) and their son Dan (18).

“Our neighbours are lovely, ever so friendly and kind, the children of another family even baked us some amazing cakes, we love it here.” 

The family moved to have an adventure and a fresh start. Chris said: “I used to live in Lancashire and we both felt that we wanted to do something new and challenging whilst young enough.

“We talked it through with the rest of the family and they all agreed it was a great idea, Hannah and Levar will also be buying their own home in a years' time and are looking at some properties on the development and Dan will be going to Lancaster University this autumn.”
