Carol Lewis (59) and her mother, Clara (88), have recently relocated to David Wilson Homes' Cambridgeshire development, Warboys, after looking to escape the busyness of Greater London.

“I then discovered the Warboys development. It was quiet and the surrounding countryside is just lovely. It's a massive contrast to our previous home. I feel really safe here and I love driving through the countryside.

“As we were in a chain of sales, there was a delay when we moved in, and the removals company couldn't move in our furniture. Fortunately, the David Wilson Homes team were incredibly helpful. They brought us duvets, sheets, a kettle and other essentials for the time we didn't have our own belongings. Having heard about the difficult move in, other members of the team came around regularly to see how myself and my mother were.

“I've already recommended the development to some of my friends who are planning to come and have a look around!”
