Leading developer David Wilson Homes North West recently welcomed a new Sales Adviser to the team for its newly launched development on Dipping Brook Avenue. 

Laura Hayward (32) joined the five star developer in June and has been enjoying taking customers through the journey to purchase their dream homes. 

She said: “I really enjoy knowing that the customer has bought their perfect home, everyone buys for a different reason and the support we provide to the customer during their journey, is really what makes me happy.”

An average day for the Sales Advisers involves ensuring the show homes and marketing suite are presentable for customers, arranging appointments with homebuyers as well as maintaining a high level of customer service long after residents have moved into their homes.  

Customer care and meeting with the site team on a regular basis is also a big part of their role.

Laura continued: “All of the team are great. I have had limited direct contact with them due to the pandemic, but everyone has been very welcoming and it's been easy to keep in touch with the use of technology.

“To have joined a company that has been so supportive – I have genuinely beenlucky and I am very grateful.”

As well as starting a new role with David Wilson Homes, Laura has had to learn how to adapt during the pandemic. 

She said: “The new safety measures are well thought through and have been easily adapted, for both staff and customers. Those looking for a new home are happy to adhere; which always helps too.  

“The role itself hasn't changed too much – I think customers need more support given the world that we are in. We are able to do this however they feel most comfortable, whether that be in the marketing suite or remotely – online or via telephone.”

Laura has recently moved to David Wilson Homes' new Orchard Meadows development on Dipping Brook Avenue. 

Set among leafy street scenes and beautiful countryside, the development offers a range of two, three and four bedroom homes for keen homebuyers to reserve.  

Laura said: “All of David Wilson Homes' developments are lovely; they have their own unique selling points whether that's the amenities close by, the public open spaces or just generally the location of the development.”
