David Wilson Homes is celebrating the success of the first phase of homes at its Bedfordshire development, Clipstone Park, and is looking forward to welcoming house hunters to its second phase.

The development is situated on Ramsay off Leighton Road just outside of Leighton Buzzard, and has now sold out of all homes released during phase one. The developer welcomed a variety of buyers, including families, professionals and first time buyers.
