Five star homebuilder, Barratt Homes is offering Lancashire buyers the chance to have a quicker and easier move with Part Exchange at Highgate Park.
The Lytham Road development presents a range of three and four bedroom homes ideal for a range of property seekers set in the tranquil village of Warton.
Current homeowners looking to purchase a luxury new build home should look no further than Highgate Park where they are able to take advantage of the Part Exchange scheme for an easy move.
According to The Advisory, in 2019 it took on average around four to six months to sell a property[1]and a quarter of all sales that are agreed will fall through before completion[2]. With Part Exchange, homebuyers can achieve speed and certainty that the open market cannot match.
Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Manchester, said: “As a leading housebuilder, we aim to make the move as easy as possible for all of our customers and our Part Exchange scheme does exactly that.
“It guarantees a sale for your current home and customers don't need to wait for months for their property to sell, they can move into their brand new Barratt home as soon as it's ready.”
The scheme also means that you won't have to instruct an estate agent to handle the sale of your existing home. As many agents' charge selling fees of between 1% and 1.5% of the sale price of your home, avoiding estate agency fees could save you hundreds or even thousands of pounds.
You also remove the worry that your buyer could pull out or that your chain could fall through. As the developer is buying your home there's no chance of other people collapsing the chain.[3]
How it works:
Step 1 – Get in touch, ring the sales line or visit the Highgate Park to book an appointment with a Sales Adviser.
Step 2 – Choose your home. Barratt Homes will then arrange two independent valuations of your current property.
Step 3 – The developer will then make you an offer on your home, and the customer and developer will agree a selling price – based on an eight to ten week sale.
Step 4 – Barratt Homes will buy your home. Once you accept the formal offer the homebuilder will take the old property in Part Exchange.
Step 5 – Time to get moving. You'll be free to move into your brand-new home at Highgate Park.
