How it works:

Step 2 – Choose your home. Barratt Homes will then arrange two independent valuations of your current property.
Step 3 – The developer will then make you an offer on your home, and the customer and developer will agree a selling price – based on an eight to ten week sale.
Step 4 – Barratt Homes will buy your home. Once you accept the formal offer the homebuilder will take the old property in Part Exchange.
Step 5 – Time to get moving. You'll be free to move into your brand-new home at Highgate Park.
