Miles & Barr, one of Kent's leading estate agent groups, has appointed Lauren Williams as the company's first Communication Manager. Lauren's appointment cements the new chapter in Miles & Barr's story, following a hugely successful shareholder buyout in March 2020.

With more than a decade of communications experience under her belt, Lauren is transferring her award-winning agency PR, social media, and digital experience from the world of travel to property. The newly created in-house role at Miles & Barr provides Lauren with the chance to share internally and externally the future vision of the ambitious property company, which has a 25 per cent market share of its regions estate agency sector. Overseeing the implementation of internal, media relations, social media and digital activities, Lauren will be the point person for sharing news with colleagues, as well as driving social, regional and national awareness about Miles & Barr.
