Final 10 Homes Remain at Regency Heights, Park Royal
Only 10 apartments, priced from £425,000, remain and 5 available with Help to Buy
Fairview New Homes' Regency Heights has only 10 of the apartments left at its crowning jewel development in Park Royal. Consisting of one- and two-beds, July will be the final chance for buyers to purchase a property at Regency Heights.
To celebrate, the London-based developer will be hosting a Closing Out event at the development on Saturday 23 July from 10am to 4pm, where delicious pizzas will be served by local caterers, Sarv's Slice. During the event, the final buyers will be in with the chance of winning a brand new 50” 4K Smart TV. Everyone who attends will also receive a house plant to take home with them.
First-time buyer Lesley Thurstan, who purchased at the development
t in 2021, says: “The apartment is so spacious, the build quality is excellent and the view from the balcony is also amazing. I wanted to buy a new home as I love the look and feel of new builds; it also means I don't need to spend any extra time and money on fixing or repairing an older house.
“The transport links close to Regency Heights are great. There are a few different bus routes within a 5-minute walk, and you have the Piccadilly Line and Central Line within walking distance too. This makes it very easy to get to and from work.”
Those who purchased their home when the development first launched in 2019 are already seeing an increase in the value of their property, and in some cases to the value of approximately £40,000.
One-bedroom apartments at the development start at £450,000 and are available to purchase through the government-backed Help to Buy scheme. Two beds are priced from £499,000 and offer breath-taking views across Central London skyline.
During an incredible four-year journey, Fairview New Homes has built over 800 brand-new homes, of which 499 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments were for private purchase; the London-based, new-build developer has now sold 489 of the private apartments in the North West London borough.
As well as offering residents a tranquil lake and well-maintained private and communal gardens, Regency Heights has established an onsite early-years nursery and a Co-op supermarket soon to launch, providing essential amenities right on the residents' doorstep.
Regency Heights forms part of the £26 billion regeneration masterplan, which will deliver over 25,000 new homes over the next four decades and generate 65,000 new jobs. The scheme, by Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC), was established in April 2015 by the Mayor of London. Part of the regeneration includes enhanced transport links; the area will soon be home to two new 'super hub' railway stations, the much-anticipated Crossrail and HS2, making it the only high-speed rail interchange in the UK.
Since forming roots in the Brent Borough, Fairview has embarked on a number of social outreach initiatives, including a partnership with local charity Jason Roberts Foundation. The Foundation, set up by an ex-Premier League footballer Jason Roberts, provides sport and mentoring sessions to young people in Brent, supporting the local community and changing outcomes for the most marginalized.
