Fairview New Homes' Regency Heights has only 10 of the apartments left at its crowning jewel development in Park Royal. Consisting of one- and two-beds, July will be the final chance for buyers to purchase a property at Regency Heights.

To celebrate, the London-based developer will be hosting a Closing Out event at the development on Saturday 23 July from 10am to 4pm, where delicious pizzas will be served by local caterers, Sarv's Slice. During the event, the final buyers will be in with the chance of winning a brand new 50” 4K Smart TV. Everyone who attends will also receive a house plant to take home with them.
