House hunters in Milton Keynes can take away valuable mortgage advice and learn more about the next steps in buying a home at Barratt and David Wilson Homes' upcoming Mortgage Clinic event.

Taking place on Saturday 29th October, the event will offer keen property seekers the chance to talk to the expert team of Sales Advisers and Mortgage Advisers to find out what steps they can take for their next move.  

Prospective buyers can book an appointment to receive some expert one to one advice, ideal for those who are unsure if they can make a step on to the property ladder.

As well as this, those who attend the event can take advantage of up to £15,000* worth of savings on selected properties if they choose to reserve a home on the day.
