Stonebond Marks the Launch of New Show Home at the Crescent With Energy Bills Contribution

Stonebond Properties

Stonebond is delighted to announce the launch of The Hampton, a new family show home at the charming development, The Crescent in Goffs Oak. Designed by forward thinking interior design agency, Haus Interiors, the four-bedroom detached home showcases the very best of this impressive collection of homes. What's more, those who reserve a home before the end of November 2022 will be able to take advantage of their energy bills being paid for one year. *

Annette Cole, Sales and Marketing Director at Stonebond comments: “We are thrilled to have launched this beautiful show home and we have already received lots of positive feedback from prospective buyers. We worked closely with Haus Interiors to create a family home which perfectly caters for every member of the family and encourages quality time together. The stylish design also highlights the sustainable environmentally friendly benefits available, which together with our fantastic incentive of £3,000 towards the cost of energy bills will help savvy buyers purchase a new home at this stunning development.”

Haus Interiors achieved Stonebond's vision for The Hampton by creating a family-centric home whereby the opulent scheme cleverly flows through the entire property but also offers distinct rooms for different family members. Felicity Stevens, Director at Haus Interiors comments: “Functionality must be at the centre of a family home to allow for a busy household to run smoothly so we aimed to turn these practicalities, as well as the durability and sustainability of the home's specification, into a memorable interior design scheme. The ground floor and master bedroom followed a dark blue and gold colour palette with textured wallpaper and abstract art being a focus point. This colour scheme exudes luxury but also creates a space which promotes relaxation – a home should be aesthetically pleasing but also a place where you feel comfortable to curl up and sink into the sofa, and this is the feeling we wanted to give prospective visitors.”

The show home's spacious lounge will also be used as the marketing suite and features a dark-blue artistic statement wall, black desk with burnt orange chairs, marbled coffee table and a comfortable cream sofa. Opposite the seating area a bespoke navy media unit displays an inventive storage option whilst an oversized circular mirror, floor to ceiling window dressings and low-energy lighting create the desired contemporary and stylised concept.

The separate kitchen/dining area comprises grandeur navy and gold print wallpaper, a gold drinks trolley, large dining table with cream chairs and a delicate wooden TV stand. The kitchen features a generous range of high-quality A-rated integrated appliances including a wine cooler, low-frost fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The matte grey and white units alongside the marble worktops balance the darker shades of the area flooding the space with natural light and elegance.

Whilst the primary bedroom utilises features of the downstairs design, it also incorporates neutral tones in the bedding, soft carpets, light grey doors of the built-in wardrobe, through to the ensuite's tiling, contemporary white eco-sanitaryware, recessed storage and heated towel rail. Bedroom two has an abstract double-winged headboard, a textured back wall and white and grey patterned curtains to create a serene retreat.

Bedroom three and four are suited to younger generations and are briming with personality. One features eccentric wallpaper, a red soft-touch headboard, mature desk area and a series of baby blue and pink shades throughout. The final bedroom offers a galactic hideaway for a young mind to explore. Embracing an astronomic theme, this room features a galaxy statement wall, grey-textured headboard and an exciting desk corner styled with a telescope and books on outer space.

Situated in the historic village of Goffs Oak, the 3 and four bedroom homes of The Crescent are uniquely set in a stately crescent around beautiful green open space providing a new community feel and reflecting the rural surroundings of the location. The local area offers a peaceful life away from busy crowds but with plentiful modern conveniences nearby.
