The property market's most acclaimed event is back this year. We are immensely excited to announce that the First Time Buyer Readers' Awards will return in 2023, with entries closing on Wednesday 5th April.

The awards celebrate excellence within the property sector, with 15 categories up for grabs this year, including the prestigious Private Developer of the Year and Affordable Housing Provider of the Year titles.

The First Time Buyer Readers' Awards bring together the people and companies that are breaking new ground to advocate homeownership for first time buyers. With television stars Nicki Chapman (Escape to the Country) and Jonnie Irwin (A Place in the Sun) returning this year to present the results at the annual awards lunch on September 1st.

For the companies keen to secure their place in the first round of judging, early bird entries remain open until Wednesday 22nd February, with full priced entries closing on Wednesday 5th April. A panel of expert judges, hand selected from across the industry whittle down the growing number of entries to ensure the best of the best are put to the readers of First Time Buyer magazine, who will be invited to vote for their winners online between Monday 15th May and Friday 29th July.

Judging will focus on the innovation, care and support offered to first time buyers across the breadth of the market, from the design of new build homes to the dedicated services offered by law firms and other industry providers.

Winners of the First Time Buyer Readers' Awards will be announced at an awards lunch at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square on Friday 1st September 2023. Entries cost £395+VAT, with all submissions before 22nd February 2023 eligible for an early bird discount, with entry fees reduced to £295+VAT.
