Helen obtained her RICS accredited degree from the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), Cirencester in 2008 and worked for Savills, South West London in the lettings department for four years.
She then moved to the country house department of Savills to cover the Cotswolds and surrounding area selling properties over £2.5 million, where she worked for three years while based and living in London.
In 2017 and after seven years in London, Helen moved to Strutt and Parker to continue selling properties in the Cotswolds. Starting in their Moreton-in-Marsh office she then moved to Oxford and became head of office. She will now operate from Butler Sherborn's Stow-on-the-Wold office, as head of residential agency across the firm.
Commented Helen: “I have been selling properties across the Cotswolds for the past 10 years. Living near Chipping Norton I know the area well, and am so pleased to be joining Butler Sherborn who have such a great reputation as the leading independent country property agency in the region.”
“We are so excited to welcome Helen to the agency team,” says Elizabeth D'Allemagne, partner of Butler Sherborn. “While I move to our Cirencester office to work alongside Sam Butler and Sophie Lane, Helen will continue the success of the residential agency team across the three Butler Sherborn offices in Cirencester, Burford and Stow-on-the-Wold.
“With an astute understanding of the Cotswold market, and a focus on exceptional client care, she is a perfect match for the Butler Sherborn ethos, and we are looking forward to her success and future progression within the firm.”

Note to editors - The Cotswolds:
The Cotswolds is located in the heart of England and within the counties of Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire. It is the largest designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England and Wales, and very roughly starts to the east of Gloucester and Cheltenham in the west, runs up to just below Evesham in the north, includes parts of West Oxfordshire where Burford is known as the Gateway to the Cotswolds, and south to the Cotswold Water Park a few miles beyond Cirencester, the former Roman city and Capital of the Cotswolds.
With excellent road and rail communications - London, Bristol and Birmingham are all around an hour by train - the area has become popular with those moving out of the city or wanting second homes to escape at weekends.
