The Winchester office occupies a striking stone-built corner premises in the heart of the city at Westgate Chambers, 82 High Street, Winchester, SO23 9AP. The office will be managed by Associate Director, Kevin Allen, who has worked for John D Wood & Co. for over 30 years covering the country market and its coastline from the Lymington sales office, alongside newly appointed Emily Reeve, who has 15 years' experience in the prime and super-prime lettings market.
This strategic move highlights the company's commitment to growth and its dedication to serving clients in its country regions and beyond; creating a link between its well-established offices in Lymington and Oxford, and complemented by its Country House Department.
