Cove Castle is situated in the attractive coastal village of Cove which lies on the Rosneath Peninsula which is bound by Loch Long to the west and Gare Loch to the east. Cove Castle is a unique and truly spectacular, B listed Scots Baronial style home situated in the small coastal settlement of Cove overlooking Loch Long to the west. The Castle has been extensively upgraded to meet the requirements of modern living. It is believed that the Castle was bought by James Hannay in 1883 who claimed to be the first person to artificially create the industrial diamond, unfortunately this is still a debate had by current scientists. The property contains many traditional features attributed to this period style property including large spacious rooms with high ceilings, stained glass windows, grand main staircase with two secondary spiral staircases leading to the turret and level that would have been used by servants. The garden surrounds the property on all sides and stretches to approx. seven acres, including the foreshore across the width of the gardens. A mix of mature woodland, laid to lawn, hidden passages and a cave surround Cove Castle offering an enchanted garden to explore.

Gordonhall Farmhouse is in a spectacular setting in the Cairngorms National Park, close to the Highland village of Kingussie and with spectacular views to the Historic Environment Scotland Ruthven Barracks, RSPB Insh Marshes Nature Reserve and across the Spey Valley. The current owners purchased Gordonhall in 2015 at which time the house had been uninhabited for about 11 years. At this stage, the property was fully renovated, for which all necessary consents are in place, to create an outstanding traditional house where original features have been retained or restored and complemented by modern building techniques and finishes. Clever design has created a spacious interior including the striking dining kitchen with its double height ceiling, exposed beams and mezzanine floor, while wood lined walls and exposed timber floors, reflecting the ruggedness of the landscape, are softened with high quality fabrics and fittings. Gordonhall Farmhouse is currently a successful holiday let.

Mansefield is an impressive B Listed Georgian property, formerly the manse for the Alford Auld West Kirk which was originally at the centre of the parish. The original manse dates to 1718, with substantial additions in 1832 and Victorian times. The property sits in around 3.4 acres of outstanding garden grounds including the formal walled garden, rolling grass lawns and mature woodlands with meandering paths. The extensive accommodation continues over four levels and offers the traditional features one would expect of such a home including the formal drawing room which has a beautiful outlook over the front garden from the bay window and has an open fireplace. The sitting room is a very spacious and comfortable room with wood burning stove and steps leading to the wonderful dining kitchen. The grounds are bordered by 250m of riverbank of the Leochel Burn to the north and west and offer a great deal of privacy and space. Mansefield is located within the Alford area of Donside, an extremely popular and growing town in Aberdeenshire, within very easy access of the Cairngorms National Park and Royal Deeside.

Seaside House is in the charming coastal village of Avoch on the Black Isle, a promontory lying between the Moray and Cromarty Firths on the north-east coast of Scotland. The property is in an outstanding setting, benefiting from the dry, sunny and mild Moray Coast climate and its grounds extending to the shores of a sheltered bay and with panoramic views over the water to Inverness and the Moray coastline. Seaside House has been in the same family since the 1840s and this continuity of ownership has ensured the house retains its integrity and traditional features. The house was fully renovated in 2021 and as part of this work, the interior was taken back to the original stone walls. The interior is beautiful, with high quality fittings and finishes which complement and reflect the stunning coastal setting.

Alderybar enjoys an incredibly peaceful location sitting amongst broadleaf and deciduous woodland on the north side of Skelfhill Pen and only about nine miles south west of Hawick. The cottage has a south easterly aspect to the front. The property is an extremely attractive traditionally built cottage which was further extended and completed in the spring of 2021. The cottage is deceptively spacious which has been further enhanced by the extension. The property is fully double glazed. The property is entirely off grid and meets all its electrical power requirements from a ground based PV array. The system uses 20 solar panels with the capacity to produce in excess of 7kW of power which is then converted to provide a domestic supply. The excess power is stored via 8 Lithium batteries. The whole system is backed up by a diesel generator. From the newly created decking area, the cottage enjoys beautiful woodland views with a burn running down the garden boundary. There is a network of pathways and mulched beds throughout the garden with ease of management in mind. There is a south west facing area of garden to the side of the property which has a polytunnel and greenhouse as well as various other workshops.

Burnside is situated in the scattered crofting township of Clachtoll on the Stoer peninsula on the north-west coast of Scotland. Burnside is in an enviable location, with south facing views to the mountains of the Coigach peninsula and just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach. The surrounding area is one of the last great, unspoilt wildernesses in Europe where the dramatic outlines of Suilven, Canisp and Quinag provide a backdrop for a beautiful landscape of moorland and coastline. The current owners purchased Burnside in 2013 and since then have used it regularly as a second home. The cottage has been well-maintained and improved whilst retaining the features and charm of a traditional Highland cottage.

Clarilaw is situated in the heart of the Scottish Borders on the edge of a small rural settlement, in magnificent scenery , on the edge of the Teviot Valley. Clarilaw Farm House is a delightful former three bedroom farm house sitting in a fantastic position. Although in need of some modernisation the property presents an incredible opportunity for someone to create a family home in spacious garden grounds. There is a generous sized garden on all sides with two outdoor stores to the rear of the house. There are also timber stores/loose boxes within the grounds, lying adjacent to the entrance drive.
