My Landlord Cares LTD was born to provide a bridge between both private rented sector and the social housing world. This comes from the founder Mahara Haque's unique experience. Of having experience in both worlds and being frustrated with the lack of social offer to private landlords.

She hid the fact that she was a landlord for years, in shame and this should not be the case. She worked hard to raise the money needed to purchase a house, but due to the social stigma she struggled to share this news with others. She wants to change this perception.

She is a private landlord, who has extensive working experience working with communities through both local authorities and charities. She currently is a board member for 3 social housing associations and brings her wealth of knowledge to the private rented sector through her ethical letting agency.
