Demand for new construction in Mallorca has never been stronger and continues to be a good long-term investment.  According to official figures from the Spanish Registrars Association prices for newly constructed properties in The Balearics increased by 16% this year compared to the same period 2023.

Located in Calvia in Mallorca's southwest, Bonavida is set in a peaceful location with a southeastern orientation and is surrounded by forested area.  Comprising 15 detached villas with 3-4 bedrooms and 4-5 bathrooms that have been designed by local architects García-Ruiz in a contemporary Mediterranean style using natural materials such as stone and wood.  Total constructed areas range from 313-416 square metres plus open and covered terraces.
