Located just two miles from Bromford's Park Lane development in Cradley, the charity received a number of food parcels to support those struggling in the area, as part of Bromford's commitment to strengthening and giving back to its communities.

Black Country Foodbank is a Christian-based charity that aims to support those in the region who are experiencing real hardship. Supported by local residents, churches and various community organisations, the foodbank provided an incredible 549,394 meals and distributed 275 tonnes of food in 2023.

Through its network of 26 foodbanks and more than 300 dedicated volunteers, the charity serves those struggling across the Dudley, Sandwell, and Walsall boroughs, with an additional team helping to run the main warehouse in Brierley Hill.

Keeley Jones, Deputy CEO and Operations Manager from Black Country Foodbank said: “On behalf of everybody we support and our team at Black Country Foodbank, we want to extend our thanks to the staff at Bromford for their incredibly kind donation.

“This contribution is especially meaningful during this challenging time of year and will go a long way towards helping those in need.”
