The bespoke platform grants users access to unique landlords who otherwise don't offer their properties for longer term stay. User can tailor their precise requirements, from specification and locational attributes through to budget and duration, to explore, book, or request immediately.
Placing flexibility over long-term commitment, Livinc offers nightly or monthly stays with no fixed leases so that customers can leave or extend their stay, anytime. All Livinc apartments are move-in ready, fully furnished complete with high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic workspaces, and all utility costs included.
Livinc is specifically targeted for guests seeking medium to long-term stays for business trips, relocation, remote work, or extended getaways. To celebrate the launch, it is offering a 50% discount on the first night stay for bookings of 7 nights or more, or 10% off the first month's stay for bookings of 3 months or more (quote DISCOUNTLIV on booking).
