The company serves a broad range of sectors, including property management, education, public, and industrial & commercial. Ginger's team of 35 experts supports numerous clients across the UK — including long-term partnerships with businesses such as Odevo-owned, Rendall & Rittner.

The acquisition is a key step in Odevo's strategy to broaden its service within the property management ecosystem and deliver even greater value through integrated add-on solutions. By bringing critical services such as energy broking and utility billing in-house, Odevo strengthens the ability to provide clients with better quality and more efficient solutions — building on the success with earlier service expansions in the UK in insurance and surveying.
