SNG Unveils New Harrow Homes at Northwick Parkside

Sovereign Network Group

A collection of Shared Ownership homes has just launched at Northwick Parkside in Harrow. Officially opened to the public on 14th June, the stylish show home and modern sales suite at the impressive new development have already attracted significant interest from prospective buyers.

Northwick Parkside is the result of an ambitious and exciting partnership between SNG (Sovereign Network Group) and Countryside Partnerships (part of Vistry Group). Construction of the first phase of 654 homes, 50% of which are affordable, began in October 2024. The newly opened show home has provided the first opportunity for potential buyers to visit the site and experience the beautifully designed new homes.

Kalumba Musambachime, Head of Sales for London & East at SNG, comments: “It's been an extremely busy weekend welcoming visitors to Northwick Parkside and promoting the impressive range of homes and community facilities to be delivered. Featuring a wide range of tenure types on the same site including Private Sale, Shared Ownership and London Living Rent homes, Northwick Parkside has so much to offer. Providing support for those looking to get onto the property ladder, Shared Ownership offers a flexible alternative - making it possible to still call this exceptional development home. Buyers can enjoy the same high-quality home and outstanding on-site facilities, just with a lower deposit and more accessible path to homeownership. Further extending the inclusivity on offer at Northwick Parkside, the development also features a selection of wheelchair adaptable homes.”

Buying through Shared Ownership with SNG means purchasers only need a deposit based on the value of the share that they're buying. With deposits starting from as little as 5%, Shared Ownership makes ownership significantly more accessible. This inclusive model is central to the vision at Northwick Parkside, where every home and public space is thoughtfully designed to be welcoming, accessible and enriching for all residents.

Meeting a variety of buyers' needs, the apartments in the first phase at Northwick Parkside, Cobalt Place, range from one to two bedrooms, with three-bedroom homes being delivered in future phases. Once complete, the development will provide a thriving new neighbourhood complete with gorgeous green courtyards, as well as a community hub that will place shops, cafes and a nursery on the doorstep. Further complementing the pet-friendly development, the green expanse of Northwick Park, with its football and cricket pitches, outdoor gym and playground, are all less than a minute's walk away, while the Northwick Park Community Garden is reachable in five.

The quaint cobbled streets of Harrow on the Hill are a 20-minute stroll from Northwick Parkside, with pretty cafes, independent boutiques and cosy restaurants. Wembley Park - one of the Sunday Times' Best Places to Live in the UK in 2025 - is also within easy reach, providing residents with a vast choice of leisure venues, international street food at BOXPARK and a host of music and sporting events. Wembley is just four minutes on the Tube from Northwick Park station, which is conveniently located just moments from Northwick Parkside. Commuters can use the Metropolitan Line from Northwick Park to reach Baker Street in four stops, King's Cross St Pancras in seven and Liverpool Street in 11. Alternatively, Kenton station is just a 10-minute walk away from the development and provides access to the Bakerloo & Overground lines.

Northwick Parkside's ideal blend of city and suburban life means residents benefit not just from fantastic transport links to central London, but from a rich local cultural scene, abundant greenspaces and a welcoming community. The local area is also home to a number of excellent schools, with four nurseries, six primary schools, three secondary schools and three colleges within a 10-minute drive. The homes are bordered by the University of Westminster campus, adding to the development's community feel and rich educational connections.

Created with greener living in mind, Northwick Parkside's apartments feature highly insulated external walls, to ensure optimal heat retention and reduce the need for excessive heating, and heat recovery ventilation systems. The building encompasses eco-friendly, sustainably sourced materials, which lower both its carbon footprint and residents' ongoing costs, along with energy-efficient heating and appliances.

Prices at Northwick Parkside start from £93,750 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom home and from £114,375 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom home.
