With the 'Independent Living for Rent' plan you simply pay a monthly all-inclusive charge which covers rent and community charge, the use of all communal facilities, full participation in social activities and events, building insurance, the maintenance and upkeep of all communal areas and gardens plus the services of the on-site team 24/7 for complete peace of mind.
