The Negotiator Awards, established for 17 years, proudly holds its position as the UK's leading and most prestigious independent awards programme, celebrating excellence within the estate and letting agent industry, as well as recognising the contributions of suppliers and the wider residential property sector. Known for its unwavering commitment to fairness and transparency, these awards have evolved into the most valued and coveted accolades in UK estate and letting agency.
There are also regional categories, categories for marketing campaign, website, employer and community champion which letting agents can also enter. There's no limit on the number of categories to enter.
The Negotiator Awards presentation is a black tie gala dinner, featuring cabaret and entertainment throughout and is hosted by a top celebrity – to be revealed soon – and attended by 1000 property professionals from across the UK. Everyone is welcome, not just those shortlisted. It's the property party of the year!
The Awards takes place in the evening of The Negotiator Conference & Expo, the key annual networking event and leadership summit for the residential property industry. This year it will bring together the leading associations, politicians and sector specialists to share expertise and knowledge with 500 agent delegates.
Event Director Grant Leonard says, The Negotiator Conference & Expo 2025 brings together the leaders and experts in the industry to give independent delegate agents a super-informed view of the coming year. It's interactive, lively and prepares agents with insights they can't get anywhere else. The Expo gives agents an opportunity to talk to industry specialists face-to-face and examine new developments in supplier services and products to ensure they have all the right tools in the box for success in the coming year. Agents leave the event brimming with ideas, confidence, new contacts – and CPD credits!”
