The auction, which includes homes, commercial properties and parcels of pastureland, is being held by Halls auctioneers at the company's Battlefield headquarters on Friday, September 26 at 2pm.

Dove Barn, Lighteach Road, Prees, which has planning consent for conversion into four residential dwellings on a site nearing 2.8 acres, has a guide price of £50,000 to £75,000. 

The property, which could be kept as agricultural, also offers a useful existing barn that has previously been used for cattle and storage.

Many of the houses on offer require renovation or modernisation. They include 1 and 2, Milebarn Cottages, Holt Road, Llan-y-Pwll, near Wrexham, a pair of period, semi-detached, two-bedroom cottages, standing within a plot of a quarter of an acre with a guide price of £150,000.
