The ranking highlights top-performing organisations worldwide and is based on a comprehensive analysis across three key dimensions: 

• Employee satisfaction: Surveys in more than 50 countries gathered insights from approximately 200,000 participants, assessing company image, workplace culture, compensation, equality and overall working conditions. 
• Revenue growth: Companies with at least US$100 million in revenue in 2024 and positive growth from 2021 to 2024 were considered. 
• Sustainability (ESG): Performance was evaluated against standardised ESG KPIs from Statista's ESG Database and additional targeted research. 

We continue to deliver strong financial performance across our growth engines and create long-term value for shareholders. Over the past five years, we have been the fastest-growing global commercial real estate firm, driven by strategic diversification into complementary services with high-quality, recurring revenue streams.

We also rank among the top 50 engineering and design firms worldwide and manage more than US$100 billion in assets under management through Harrison Street Asset Management. 

We take pride in our employee engagement rates, with participation in our company-wide survey exceeding external benchmarks. Our firm also continues to advance our sustainability agenda.

In June, we reported a 27.6% reduction in emissions from the 2021 baseline and introduced our refreshed sustainability strategy, Built to Last, aligning priorities with issues most important to stakeholders.
