This approval signals the next phase of Trinity Point's transformation into one of Australia's leading waterfront destinations, uniting premium living, sophisticated leisure and natural beauty within an architecturally considered masterplan.
Already a destination of choice for both locals and visitors, Trinity Point features a 94-berth world-class marina (with expansion to 188 berths planned), luxury lakeside accommodation, the acclaimed 8 at Trinity restaurant and an array of activities including boat hire and Flite boarding.
The approved expansion will introduce:
- A 153-room luxury hotel with 4 serviced apartments
- 160 waterfront apartments offering expansive lake views
- Two 300-seat signature restaurants
- A day spa and wellness offering cutting-edge longevity
- Conference facilities
- 300 seat function room
- Multiple pools, bars and landscaped public areas
- Sculptural, sustainability-focused design by Koichi Takada Architects.

- 24 bike spots
These additions will seamlessly extend the existing Trinity Point offering, elevating it into a true lifestyle precinct.
The development will also deliver a major economic uplift for the region, generating hundreds of construction jobs and long-term employment across hospitality, tourism, events and maintenance.
