Icon NSW has been awarded the main works contract for Bathurst Hospital Redevelopment - our largest Health Infrastructure project in NSW to date and in partnership with Lipman Pty Ltd, who have a local Bathurst office.

More than a major project milestone, this win marks the beginning of a promising new chapter for Icon in partnering with government to deliver complex health and education infrastructure.

With deep regional experience, Lipman brings invaluable local insight to the table, strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for the Bathurst community.

The redevelopment will include:

• An expanded Emergency Department
• Expanded Maternity services, including Special Care Nursery
• A new modern non-acute mental health inpatient unit (Panorama Clinic)
• Improved inpatient, outpatient and community health services
• Operating theatres
• Expanded cardiology services
• A new paediatrics zone
• New main entry and cafe
