                                            HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam — PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia's leading property technology company, announced the winners of its annual real estate awards programme in Vietnam during black-tie ceremonies today at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Dulux Professional and V-ZUG Vietnam, recognised the year's finest real estate achievements in almost 70 categories, distinguishing diverse developers creating Vietnam's finest live-work-thrive spaces.
CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) achieved its fourth Best Developer title this year, along with wins for Best Sustainable Developer and the Social Impact Award.
The company also earned two titles, including the prestigious Best Housing Development (Vietnam) award, for Orchard Mansion, complemented by wins for the projects Orchard Grand and The Orchard. CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) also took a wide range of accolades for its luxurious Greater Hanoi project The Fullton.
With 13 golden statuettes, Gamuda Land Vietnam rose to become Best Community Developer, one of the year's biggest winners. Its projects Ambience and Central Park gained four wins each while Springville won three awards.
Nomura Real Estate Vietnam debuted at the Awards as Best International Partner Developer, boosted by wins for the projects The Komorebi and The Miyabi. Masterise Homes was recognised as Best Luxury Developer, supported by a win for the project Lumière Midtown.
Other distinguished companies include Kim Oanh Land, named Best Affordable Residential Developer, and KN Holdings Corporation Joint Stock Company// KN Holdings, winner of Best Multi Sector Developer.
The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards was notable for accolading the country's finest township developments. Leading the roster was Phu Long Real Estate Corporation, hailed Best Township Developer alongside its award-winning township Mailand Hanoi City.
This year's lineup of victorious township developments also includes Caraworld Cam Ranh by KN Cam Ranh Company Limited; Eco Central Park by Ecopark Founder; Kita Airport City by Kita Group; and Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc by MEYGROUP. One Era by Hoa Lan Township JVC alone won three awards, including Best Township Development.

Nguyen Xuan Quang received the Real Estate Personality of the Year title from Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine of the awards. The esteemed chairman of Nam Long Group impressed the publication's editorial team with his valiant take on the affordable housing movement, leading to the creation of liveable townships for thousands of families in Vietnam. An Zen Residences, an EHome developed by Nam Long ADC., won the coveted Best Condo Development (Vietnam) title this year.
The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards also honoured the nation's three finest developers, as voted for by consumers, with the country's first People's Choice Awards.
The inaugural winners of the People's Choice Awards in Vietnam are CapitaLand Development (Vietnam); Gamuda Land Vietnam; and Phu Long Real Estate Corporation.
An independent panel of judges helped select this year's winners. They are Thien Duong, chairperson of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards and general director of GroupGSA Vietnam; Chau Ta, managing director, head of legal – transactions, SC Capital Partners Pte Ltd.; David Jackson, principal and CEO, Avison Young Vietnam; Freek Jansen, branch manager SEA, Dewan Architects and Engineers; Hang Dang, managing director, CBRE (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.; Jack Nguyen, Vietnam CEO, InCorp Vietnam; Jean-Francois Chevance, group director of hospitality and design, Archetype Group; and Mauro Gasparotti, director, Savills Hotels APAC.
An independent panel of experts in Hanoi also took part in the selection process: Andras Germ, general manager, Astra; Douglas Lee Snyder, executive director, Vietnam Green Building Council; Nguyen Hoai An, senior director – Hanoi branch, the branch of CBRE (Vietnam) Co., Ltd in Hanoi City; and Tran Quynh Trang, director, Sapphire Indochina.
HLB International Real Estate Group, led by the team of Paul Ashburn and Sakanphon Fueangwong, supervised the selection process, upholding the programme's reputation for fairness, transparency, and credibility.
