Icon has secured the ongoing works for the $240M Build to Rent Indi Apartments project in Footscray - our first partnership with Investa and Oxford Property Group.

This landmark Build-to-Rent (BTR) development will deliver: 702 apartments across three towers (19, 16 & 8 storeys), A prime location beside Footscray Station and Premium amenities - from gyms and co-working hubs to rooftop basketball courts

The Indi Apartments represent Investa's first Build-to-Rent initiative in Melbourne under their new 'Indi' brand, developed in collaboration with Oxford Property Group.

Together, the partners are setting new benchmarks for sustainability, liveability, and long-term certainty in the Australian BTR market. Icon will deliver the project alongside Essence Project Managers and SJB Architects.
