Western Sydney property developer, Castle Group and channel sales agency, Urban Agency today announced that the companies will merge under the Castle Group banner to grow its scale, purpose, and market presence.
Urban Agency was co-founded and is co-led by Castle Group's Group CEO, Ritchie Perera and Urban Agency Managing Partner, Howin Chui.
Mr Perera said, “Under the Castle Group umbrella, we're forming one of the largest and most effective channel networks in Western Sydney's property market. This means greater opportunity, choice, and impact for families across the region.”
Castle Group CEO, Ranisha Clarke said the merger would allow Castle Group to operate at scale, enhance market reach, and accelerate sales velocity across its growing portfolio of residential projects.
“This merger significantly strengthens our sales and marketing capability to support Castle Group's growing development pipeline,” Ms Clarke said.
Mr Chui added that the merger with Castle Group will greatly benefit Urban Agency's network of over 250 external real estate agents, who will have access to a larger platform and Castle Group's $1.7 billion residential development pipeline.
“Agents will benefit from easier access to stock, stronger support, and a unified platform with Castle Group. Our priority is to ensure a seamless experience for both agents and their customers,” Mr Chui said.
Urban Agency Director Howin Chui will step into the new role of Head of Business Development (Asia) at Castle Group, where he will spearhead the expansion of the company's presence across Asian markets, forging new partnerships and growth pathways.
